Job Description:
JORDAN YOUTH INNOVATION FORUM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our team in advancing our mission of fostering youth active participation through economic empowerment and social engagement. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization, as well as the fundraising, financial, and programmatic aspects of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as a passion for Youth Empowerment. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the organization.
- Oversee the financial management and fundraising efforts of the organization.
- Lead the organization’s programmatic initiatives and ensure their alignment with the mission.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations with other organizations and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization to the public, including media and government agencies.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 7 years of leadership and management experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising and financial management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Youth empowerment and a commitment to advancing the organization’s cause.
