Job Description:
JORDAN YOUTH INNOVATION FORUM is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Innovation and Entrepreneurship Director to lead and expand our [insert program name] program. The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative initiatives and projects that support the organization’s mission and drive social change.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as experience in the nonprofit sector. They will have a passion for driving social impact and a track record of successfully developing and implementing innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Ready For Tomorrow and Samim program.
- Lead the identification and development of innovative initiatives and projects.
- Build partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Support the incubation and acceleration of social impact ventures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, social entrepreneurship, or innovation.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, with a focus on social impact.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and the development of innovative initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for youth empowerment and a commitment to driving social change.
