Job Description:
JORDAN YOUTH INNOVATION FORUM is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Director to lead and manage our Samim and Ready For Tomorrow program. The Program Director will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of the program, as well as the supervision of staff and volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of program management experience in the nonprofit sector, as well as a passion for youth empowerment. They will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Samim and Ready For Tomorrow program.
- Manage the budget and resources of the program.
- Lead and supervise the program staff and volunteers.
- Oversee the design and delivery of program activities and services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree Business Administration or relevant.
- A minimum of 2 years of program management experience in the nonprofit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in budget and resource management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Youth empowerment and a commitment to advancing the organization’s cause.
